Forms & Payment
On Sunday, Nov 12, 19 and 26 there will be Fundscip paper order forms on the info booth if you’d like to pick one up and fill it out to order gift cards in time for Christmas. Alternatively, you can download the form and print it off yourself. All completed forms can be dropped in the info booth on a Sunday morning or brought to the office during office hours. On these forms there is a variety of available giftcards with a variety of amounts. You can select any that you would like to purchase.
Please include payment with your completed order form. The GEMS will accept cash, cheque or e-transfer. Cash should be placed in a envelope and labelled. Cheques will be made out to “New Life Church” with a memo of “Fundscip Order”. E-transfers should be sent to giving@newlifecrc.ca and please include a memo that says “Fundscip order & your name”.

What is GEMS?
GEMS is a New Life program for girls in grades 3-7. The heart of this ministry is to help disciple young girls in their faith and teach them how they can develop an intimate and personal relationship with their Saviour, Jesus Christ, that they will hopefully walk in the rest of their lives. In order to help make this program more affordable for the parents and to help foster some ownership and responsibility from the GEMS, they run a couple fundraisers through the year to support the ministry.
What is Fundscip?
Through the fundscrip program, we will be selling gift cards for everyday purchases from a wide array of retail categories such as groceries, gas, home improvement, department stores, restaurants, coffee shops, clothing stores and many more. With the purchase of every gift card, a percentage of that amount is automatically donated towards the GEMS program.
