Acts: The Church on Mission
October 20, 2024 – November 24, 2024The next six messages continue a concentration on the book of Acts here at New Life Church. We began six months ago in the first three chapters, focusing on the church empowered by the Holy Spirit. In chapters 4 & 5 we concentrated on some of the church struggles with which we still wrestle today. This is the third series of sermons, covering chapters 6-9, all about the advancing mission of the church. The challenge in these chapters isn’t so much about being like the early church. Rather, in facing modern challenges, will the church recognize God’s faithfulness and remain faithful to the gospel?
