CONNECTIONS: Women Connecting with Women
Faith Journey’s – a celebration of fellowship, feasts and fun.
You are invited to come and share your faith journey at
Women’s Connections on Tuesday mornings. We look forward to having you join
us no matter where you are in your journey. We will be studying faith
journeys that are told to us in the Bible. You will also have the opportunity
to hear other peoples stories of their journeys with God as you have fun,
feast (we do have great food) and fellowship together as women.
Time: Tuesday mornings from 9:00 to 11:00am
Date: Fall session begins September 21
Morning Schedule:
9:00-9:15 fellowship and refreshments
9:15-9:30 worship and open session
9:30-11:00 DVD & small group discussion
SPRING STUDY:
A WOMAN AND HER RELATIONSHIPS: TRANSFORMING THE WAY WE CONNECT by Rosemary Flaaten
Whether they are invigorating or exhausting, healthy or unhealthy, all relationships have room for improvement. But how do you improve them? Where do you start?
All groups will watch a DVD teaching by Rosemary Flaaten and then break into small discussion groups. Please choose the group you would like to be a part of on the registration form/brochure.
"Instead of looking for counseling techniques or relationship tips, Rosemary Flaaten challenges you to take an honest look at your relationship with God. My Faith Journey – Hilda deWolde
When the leadership team met in September we came up with the theme of “Faith Journeys”. I thought it was a pretty cool image and readily agreed when we all said we would share our own journey at some point in the season. However, as the weeks came closer to my date to share, I began to become quite anxious about sharing my journey. “I don’t really have one,” was my thought, “and what I do have no one will be interested in hearing anyway.
